Furthermore the Council has received an application for the rezoning of Portion 10 of the subdivided Remainder Erf 2661, Parsonsvlei from Business 1, Community 1, Residential 1, Residential 3, Transportation 1, Private Open Space and Public Open Space purposes to Business 1 purposes.

The Council has received an application for a Town Planning Departure in terms of Section 5.1 of the Section 8 Zoning Scheme Regulations to permit the subject property to be utilised for Guesthouse purposes.

Notice is given in terms of Section 47 of the above Act that the Council has received an application for the removal of title Conditions 1C, 6(b), (c) and (d) applicable to Erf 1506, Despatch, also the removal of title Conditions 2CI(a), (b), (c) and (d) applicable to Erf 1507, Despatch as contained in Deed of Transfer No. T21920/92.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 754, Fairview from Residential 3C and Transportation purposes to Business 1 purposes to permit the property to be used for business purposes.

The Council has received an application for an amendment to the Port Elizabeth Zoning Scheme by the rezoning of Erf 924, Walmer from Residential 2 purposes to Business 2 purposes to permit a business/office use to operate on the property.
